Hello, Lately, harassment has been in the media a lot. I know that I've been speaking to my team, reassuring them that they do not have to accept patron advances or inappropriate comments as "part of the job." I am thrilled at this change, as when I started over a decade ago, I was told to "wear a ring" and that I'd miss it. Our training coordinator brought the following two resources to my attention, and I thought I'd share them with you all. I know in our facility the pages are targeted as they tend to be younger and more often alone in the stacks.
