If interested in submitting a program and would like the sponsorship of the Latino Services Interest Group, please reach out to erodarte@lapl.org and zzehdar@lapl.org *Topics:* - *Immigrant Integration Programs* - Programs or services with a focus on assisting immigrant families in your community. - *Outreach Strategies to Latinos *- Best practices for reaching the Latino population from in-person outreach to marketing and social media. - *Diversifying the workplace* - Programs or strategies in place to ensure that your institution employs a diverse workforce. Training or incentive programs. - *Language and way-finding at the library* - Successful models of way-finding, and directional or instructional signage in a foreign language. If you have other topics in mind, please reach out to us. We would love to assist, help, and encourage the submission of other topics. We can help in finding other co-presenters or fleshing out a program idea. Remember that proposals are due on *March 31st*!
