Hello,
One of my staff asked me where the phrases "claims-return" and "delinquent" came from and what their history is. I spoke to our Business Systems administrator, and he said that both Sirsi and Dynix used the terminology before they merged.
Does anyone know where they came from? Why they used "claims-return" as opposed to "stated returned" or some other iteration?
Thank you,
Jenn
