Hello,
Our library is looking at creating a form accepting financial responsibility for a juvenile account for people who are not the minor's parent or guardian. Do any of your libraries have something like that?
The instances that come to mind is when a child is visiting with their grandparents or an older, adult sibling. If the parents aren't available to sign and the trusted adult is willing to sign that they are willing to be financially responsible for items checked, then why shouldn't we find a way to get the child a card.
Before we re-invent the wheel, I thought I'd see if anyone else has something like this.
Thanks
Jenn
