Hi Janae, Monrovia Library doesn't have a guest pass per say but we do have Computer Only cards that we provide to patrons who do not meet the address verification requirements. Patrons are able to take advantage of our eBooks and all other online resources with this card. Most patrons we issue these cards to are really only interested in using the computers. For patrons that want a library card to checkout material, but don't have proof of address, we go ahead and issue a computer only card and send them an Address Verification Post Card that they need to bring in order to change their card status to a Full Use card. This generally works for our Library. Hope this helps.
