Hello Games and Gaming Interest Group: CLA will be hosting another Spring Fling Fall Edition online this year! Yay! This virtual professional development opportunity is scheduled for the two weeks of November 8-12 and November 15-19 (this has changed in case you saw previous emails about this). Have you done anything fun, new, and exciting this past year? We've all had to get a bit creative, am I right? If you have something gaming related to share, I'd love for your panel to be sponsored by the Games and Gaming Interest Group. Last year, we presented a gaming panel about virtual gaming. Some ideas for this year could include: A particular game/gaming event that was successful A gaming partnership you have with a community organization A game that is all the craze right now at your library (p.s. at my library this game is Among Us!) hybrid in-person/online gaming tips Patrons making their own games/board games Turning old favorites into educational opportunities And I'm sure there are a zillion other great topics out there!
