Hello All, The Social Justice team of this year’s *Developing Leaders in California Libraries* (part of the California Library Association) CLA Leadership Challenge <https://claleadership.org/the-challenge/> has started an initiative with an accompanying website called *Ready Access: Reentry Service for Decarcerated Populations*. This website is two-fold: 1. Librarian Toolkit (inward facing) 2. Resources for People Impacted by Incarceration (outward facing) The toolkit is designed for California Librarians and those impacted by incarceration.
