In person account renewal

Hello,

My system is creating an email to send to patrons a few months before their accounts expire.  During our discussions, the question came up as to whether or not patrons will need to come in to one of our locations to renew their privilege or if they can do it over the phone.

What do you do?  Can patrons renew their privilege over the phone?  What if they need to change the address?  Do they need to bring in a new piece of mail or proof of residency?

Thank you for your input and advice.

Jenn
